Proprietary Rights

You may not sub-license, or charge others to use or access, our forms without first obtaining written permission from us. We will occasionally provide automatic upgrades to improve your experience on the Compliance Review Services online forms.

System Requirements
The Compliance Review Services online forms and the Software has been tested and approved for use with Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher and Mozilla and Firefox 1.0 and higher. We also strongly recommend that you have a high-speed Internet connection (128K or higher). Connection speeds of less than 128K may result in delays in the delivery of content, which may negatively impact the performance and your use of the web site.
Governing Law, Legal Notices, and Language
This Use Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Compliance Review Services, and is intended for your benefit and not the benefit of any third party. This Use Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state of Texas, and any action brought by either party to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in the relevant state or federal court in Houston, Texas.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Compliance Review Services and its employees, contractors, officers, directors from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees that arise from a breach of this User Agreement for which you are responsible or from the use of the Compliance Review Services online forms. Compliance Review Services reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by a user.
Termination
Either you or Compliance Review Services may terminate or cancel your use of the Compliance Review Services online forms at any time for any reason. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Compliance Review Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Use Agreement or Compliance Review Services' enforcement or application of this Use Agreement; (2) any policy or license agreement of Compliance Review Services, including Compliance Review Services' Privacy Policy, or any license agreement applicable to any Compliance Review Services form; or (5) the amount or type of fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any changes to fees, applicable taxes, surcharges or billing methods.
